To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or that has missing parts that were otherwise supplied.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm we have received your returned item, and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Where goods arrive back in ‘used’ condition with marks/scratches or any damage (including damage to internal packaging) or items missing, we may exercise one of the following at our discretion.
- The goods will be returned to the customer.
- We will issue a credit note and take the goods back into stock.
- A credit adjustment will be made based on the diminished value – however, these are a guide only and each case will be viewed on its own merits. This does not affect your statutory rights in any way.
Late or missing refunds
If your refund is not showing in your account, first please check your bank account again, as it may take some time before your refund has officially processed.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, we can supply a credit note for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and will notify them of your return.
